• Participate in high-level network deployments & onsite maintenance• Plan and coordinate network installs with field technicians•Carry out lab testing on equipment for new deployments, failure analysis, and new equipment validation• Oversee test & turn-up of new customer network deployments• Provide Tier 2/3 remote and onsite support for our 24×7 network, including some on-call nights and weekends• Create SOW's for network deployment and maintenance• Proactively identify enhancements to existing procedures to operational performance• Monitor datacenter space usage and organization and make recommendations for infrastructure adds or changes• Contribute to the documentation of network configuration and processes• Help automate daily network deployment processes where possible• Serve as an escalation point of contact for customers seeking additional technical assistance• Other duties as assignedRequired SkillsRequirementsThe following skills represent the minimum requirements to be
