My passion is systems with strong non-functional requirements and I'm excited to find solutions where established processes, methods and tools are lacking. With over two decades of engineering experience in diverse domains such as avionics, automotive and industrial automation, I have extensive international leadership experience. Much of this experience has been in leading development teams from inception to product maturity under rigorous functional safety requirements.
