Led various business process redesign projects, helped integrate corporate acquisitions and lead Oracle implementations necessary to support order fulfillment, spares management, and RMA’s. Created a rental program (booking, fulfillment, accounting, tracking) and implemented process enhancements to Loan and Consignment programs.Provided remote and on–site training for new features and processes.

Managed the daily activities for a team of six who implemented the global rollout and maintenance of online sales tools which included implementing ORACLE Advanced Pricing and Configurator and all associated Sarbanes-Oxley compliant procedures and metrics. Introduced a methodology to allow quoting of products prior to product release. Worked closely with sales to define in-depth business requirements, use-case models, and technical solutions for reseller/VAR rollout. • Drove key components of two mergers/acquisitions as they relate to order acceptance/entry, fulfillment, manufacturing, outsourcing, item enablement and distribution. Worked with other IT and business users to unify two diverse systems/processes. Defined data conversion requirements and scripts for items, BOM, PO, ECO, vendors. Drove unit / integration testing. Coordinated with vendors to integrate third party engineering application (Agile) with Oracle inventory/BOM applications.• Co-leader for the consolidation of two ORACLE systems into a single, unified system. Rationalized diverse procedures/processes, integrated use-case methodologies, and introduced new functionality• Provided system support for ORACLE 11i ENG, INV, BOM, OM, AR, AP, PO, iProcurement, MRP, WIP Sales Online, Configurator, and Advance Pricing. Managed projects with users to enhance the functionality of ORACLE applications.

Managed release cycle for 92% of hardware/software products from development through on- time GA. Worked directly with the key contract manufactures to streamline the manufacturing process, ensure prompt delivery and qualify first articles. Recognized for improving product design and features to optimize production line returns and reduce costs by 82%.
