Assisting the program manager in the creation and implementation of the organization's program while also procuring the necessary resources needed, for the production of multiple artistic projects. Ensuring the successful completion of an artistic showcase of multiple projects including, but not limited to; animation, 3d modeling, poems, photography, paintings, and short stories.

I oversaw a residential house for young adults with mental handicaps of varying degrees. My responsibilities were to ensure the proper maintenance and staffing of the house as well as having an ample amount of office, culinary, and cleaning supplies. My role also included being apart of multiple teams that would create life skill goals tailored to the individual residents; as well as ensuring that the direct care staff followed the guidelines set for the residents to achieve their goals on a consistent basis. Also, I was in charge of three different groups of staff that were expected to maintain a level of professionalism, synchronicity, and consistency of the house and themselves. Communication between the residents, their families, and their teams would also be apart of the weekly duties to ensure that everyone were supported and up to date on the resident's progress.
