I work with global big Pharma companies and small biotechs in the areas of business development and clinical development to advance assets through their respective development cycle by providing strategic guidance but also hands-on work such as medical monitoring and oversight of clinical studies.

My responsibilities included organizing the transfer of all aspects for oncology global medical affairs activities from GSK to Novartis as part of the business deal announced between the 2 companies in April 2014. This included: transfer of asset knowledge, people and team management during a time of prolonged uncertainty, transfer of governance and compliance accountabilities, and handover of medical affairs contracts with external investigators incl. the financial workup.
