CurrentI have a specialist chancery practice, focusing on all aspects of advice and litigation relating to the law of trusts, including private trusts and the administration of estates, offshore trusts and cross-border estates, personal and occupational pensions, charities, and related tax and professional liability matters. I regularly appear in the High Court and County Court, both as sole counsel and as a junior. I also advise in both contentious and non-contentious cases, including in confidential private client matters concerning family trusts, wills and intestacy issues, and landed estates, and am experienced as a mediation advocate in such disputes. In recent years many of my cases have had an international element, including in Jersey, Guernsey, Bermuda, the Isle of Man, and BVI.
