Supervising Shutdowns, Maintenance, Crushing and ROM operations• Assist with planning, preparation and completion of maintenance tasks• Issuing permits• Ensure equipment condition is monitored and maintained to a high standard• Ensure Quality, Environmental and other Company policies are implemented, maintained and progressively improved• Completion of daily reporting and daily workforce timesheets • Attend daily and weekly meetings with Client• Facilitate and participate in daily pre-start safety awareness meetings and weekly toolbox meetings• Ensuring all crushing targets are met• Coordinating shutdowns and scheduled maintenance• Procurement using Pronto system (placing Material Requests)• Utilise INX / Coupa• Where required, assist the Safety Manager, Site Manager and Client Representatives in the investigation and reporting of any incident or accident

West Angelas / Area C / Nammuldi

• Operate Cat 988H front end loader feeding a mobile crusher. • Operate rock breaker/digger. • Operate Telehander.• Operate a bobcat for clean up around crushing plant and unloading truck’s of parts with forks. • Operate mobile crushing plant and fixed plant citech. • Use oxy, arc welder, grinder, rotabroach, come alongs and any other tools that are needed. • Carry out any maintenance around the plant including screen mat change outs and oil changes, hydraulic lube pack filter replacement and oil change, trough rollers and frames, return rollers, wear plate replacements, change conveyor belts and V-belts on conveyors, crusher adjustments, v-belt adjustments and alignment, replacing rubber skirtings, tracking conveyor belts and any other maintenance and repairs around the plant and also on machines (e.g. bobcat, light vehicles etc).

• Repair or replace worn or faulty parts by removing assemblies such as engines, transmissions, drive train or steering gear; dismantling them and checking parts, referring to manuals as necessary • Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired or replaced parts or assemblies, using various instruments to make sure they are working properly and putting them back into the vehicle • Tune engines using special electronic equipment and make fine adjustments (e.g. to carburetors and efi ) for smoother running dyno tuning. • Carry out minor body repairs and minor trim repairs also fixing crash damaged bikes • Diagnose, repair and replace engine management/fuel injection components • Use oxy, electric power tools and MIG welders • Setting up new bikes ready for sale and pre delivery. • Fitting performance engine parts for race application. • Dyno tuning to get the most power and torque while getting good fuel economy. • Fitting tyres and balancing wheels. • Rebuild brake components and replace worn parts. • Carry out minor and major services. • Rebuilds on engines, gearboxes, heads, throttle bodies and carburetors. • Test and repair electrical systems such as lighting, instrumentation, ignition and electronic fuel injection • Inspect vehicles and issue roadworthiness certificates or list the work required before a certificate can be issued
