Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago. Michael has been in the staffing industry since 1997. He spent his first 3 years with Robert Half International. There he received Rookie of the Year honors and was ranked top-12 in the world by his 2nd year. Michael left there to join Ajilon Professional Staffing. He was hired as the Regional Perm Director for the entire Midwest region and was very successful in hiring and training many of the company’s top Executive Recruiters, including 5 “Rookie of the Year” winners in a row.
