I am a mathematical physics researcher in statistical mechanics and enumerative combinatorics whose expertise is in the areas of lattice models and exactly solvable models, utilizing theoretical as well as computational methods. Having a passion for education, I help organize public mathematics outreach events, collaborate in mathematics education research, and lead a free conversational English ministry. As an origami artist and president of a origami not-for-profit organization, I organize events and teach workshops and collaborate with artists in other media. The intersection of my research and artistic interests lead me to develop a theoretical analysis of origami foldable lattices, work which lead to an interview and article in Quanta Magazine in 2018.
