Initially joined a five person team bringing software development skills to a small team of engineers, physicists, mathematicians. I worked as both a developer and ultimately the a team lead for a SIGINT processing product. This product was developed to be a general purpose solution to a problem that has traditionally been solved with special purpose software. As a result we have been able to provide solutions for a number of diverse applications in both interactive and automatic environments.Also led a team which developed several other interactive tools in Java and C++ using open source packages JFreeChart and OpenMAP to aid the in testing and use of the product. Worked as a software developer on one of the major processing applications in an automatic SIGINT processing system. Challenges met included meeting high data processing rates via code optimization. Also helped establish CM process for tracking of software discrepancies and automated testing framework.

Performed software design, coding, and testing in support of the U.S. Naval Research Lab. In this role I was responsible for the development of various aspects of anti-ship cruise missile models. This job required an understanding of guidance systems, flight dynamics, targeting logic, and radar performance.
