Eight years experience with optical simulations using SPEOS/Optis tool sets for interior reflections to mitigate potential risk for driver distractions. I have a seasoned skill set to identify specular glare, veiling glare, windshield reflections and provide solutions to the studio design and color and materials teams to mitigate these driver distraction issues.Specialty Areas of expertise: Speos lighting software, Catia, optical measurements, Space Claim Speos, Specular glare, veiling glare, day time and night time reflections into the side glass and lit elements into the windshield, color and materials, design of components to mitigate glare reflections, physical lab validations.Previously I was metal stamping professional with excellent die engineering and problem-solving skills along with the ability to establish positive relationships with other manufacturing and engineering professionals. 20 years of die engineering experience in the stamping industry including designing and processing sheet metal stamping dies, prototype stamping engineering (formability) and manufacturing. Proven proficiency in draw, trim, flange, form and cam dies with additional knowledge of Prototype and progressive dies.
