Provides the highest level of Guest Service. Under little supervision, provides basic clerical support and serves as the receptionist for the Food Service Department. Assist in maintaining department filing/HR/New hire- Orientation Subjects. Post and distribute mail as necessary. Verify cash over/shorts via POS reports. Prepare Food Service orientation packets for new employees as needed. Assist in maintaining daily and weekly staff schedules of over 250+ seasonal and Full time staff. - Perform other duties as needed including food service operations. - Supply ordering, Preparing signage for each food service locations.Laid of due to Covid-19.
