As Head of Global Sales I was responsible for Sales Management, both domestic and international, as well as the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. During this time I supervised 11 employees.

As Vice President with over 20 years of experience in Business Management and People Development, I am responsible for the technical and commercial management of a team of 110 dedicated professionals at the Wire Springs Lead Centre in Hardt, Germany as well as 55 professionals at the Wire Springs Application Centre in Bottanuco, Italy.We focus on sustainable growth, innovation and creating a culture of collaboration and excellence.

I acted as Managing Director during the formation and development of United Spring Technology Inc.Amongst other things, I led both the technical and commercial departments, managing the complete set-up of operations and business processes.I managed a team of 12 people while driving the growth and strategic development of the company.
