Grove Ventures is a private real estate investment firm focused on Multi-Family and Manufactured Housing Communities in high-growth regions of the Western United States.

Responsible for sourcing and managing joint venture equity and mezzanine debt investments made on behalf of Brasa's commingled funds and separate account vehicles. Focusing on assets located in select markets across the West Coast and Texas.

- Support Investment professionals in evaluating, originating, structuring, negotiating and closing transactions- Create and maintain acquisition evaluation models in Excel and Argus.-Prepare detailed real estate, corporate finance/credit, economic, demographic and capital markets due diligence-Support asset management of multiple real estate classes including communication with partners, leasing agents property managers and contractors- Prepare investment summaries

•Analyze and underwrite Class-A office buildings in select markets for potential acquisitions (cash flow modeling, property valuations, and investment analysis)•Support asset management functions for existing investments. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for strategy development, investment performance, leasing, dispositions and valuation •Prepare single asset and portfolio-level performance reports for capital partners and internal use (Internal Valuations, Market Reports, Asset Management Reports, and Annual Investment Presentations)

• Conduct research on potential international and domestic investmentopportunities in the secondary market and for funds of funds• Create Early Read Memos detailing companies' backgrounds, financials,and analysis for the management team• Source and assist in creating past performance reports of IndustryVenture funds for fundraising purposes and for current investors• Collaborate to create projection models of Industry Venture funds

• Conducted market research and created presentations on potentialcompany acquisitions and for industrial growth strategies• Worked with the Colony American Homes division to underwrite homesfor acquisition and rental• Met and collaborated with strategic affiliate buyers to introduce
