I have focused on the design and implementation of vocational education systems relying on sound sectoral and national labour market analysis, which has often lead to project development in quality vocational education and training,•. I have conducted teacher training programs and training for directors of VET schools and colleges and I have done a considerable amount of evaluations for programs in VET,•. I have carried out my work in 57 countries on all continents and have worked among others with ILO, ILO CINTERFOR, GIZ, the World Bank Group, the European Commission, USAID, the Inter-American Development Bank, DANIDA and with SDC.
