In May 2024, Michael began with Toronto SickKids as a Child Life Volunteer. As a volunteer, Michael engages and supports patients, caregivers and hospital personnel by engaging in play based activities, offering respite and promoting hospital programming. His experience in the private sector includes employment with Sears Canada (Sales, Customer Service, Associate Store Manager, Business Analyst) as well as National Bank of Canada (Customer Service Representative) and TMU (Ryerson University as a Marketing Coordinator and Teacher Assistant). While working in the retail sector, Michael continuously strived to provide excellent customer service and shopping experiences to ensure maximum profitability and overall customer satisfaction. He also developed and led his sales team to ensure common goals and sales targets were consistent achieved and exceeded. Finally, Michael holds a Yoga Trainer Certification (RYT 200).
