I am a quality oriented Technical Lead Software Engineer that has been working on various developer tools with eleven years of experience. Throughout my time at Lattice Semiconductor and Intel I have been on many different teams of varying sizes. This has allowed me to develop diverse technical experience in product development, product infrastructure and cross team collaborations in large matrixed organizations. In my most recent role at Intel I created and led the Software Quality Team to support three different Quartus product development teams. I was responsible for interviewing, hiring and training these new engineers, creating automation, and project planning for the whole team. Through my leadership and mentorship my team members were able to quickly learn our products and contribute to critical projects across multiple tools in the Quartus suite.
