Michael B. Greenberg is in-house litigation and appellate counsel for People’s Trust Insurance Company. He previously practiced intellectual property and commercial litigation at one of the largest law firms in the country.Mr. Greenberg has significant appellate experience. Prior to entering private practice, he served for two years as a judicial law clerk at the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach.Mr. Greenberg graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law cum laude with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. In law school he served as an editor on the Journal of Technology Law & Policy. He has had multiple articles published on matters pertaining to intellectual property, fantasy sports, and licensing.
