I am a motivated self-starter with a high attention to detail. "Work smarter, not harder" has been a phrase thats stuck with me my entire adult life. I take great pride in my work and strive to make things operate as efficiently as possible. The last couple years in the manufacturing industry have emphasized the importance of optimizing processes. With the use of newer CNC machines, tooling, and modern machining techniques, I've been able to increase production with fewer people running machines. I've also updated tooling and workholding to allow for longer machine run times while minimizing the amount of time operators are touching the parts. This allowed us to break the company's annual sales/manufacturing record, while having the smallest workforce on the floor.I am always open to new connections from people who are passionate about improving their trade.
