PURE is a specialty property and casualty insurer dedicated to helping a membership of responsible people protect high value homes, jewelry, artwork and other fine assets. As a result of PURE's growth, and as 4 zones were established, I was brought in to manage the new Western Zone operation. Zone leaders were responsible for oversight of regional operations and growth, profit and strategy of their respective zone.

As part of the Senior Leadership team set strategy for PCG's $2 billion business and worked closely with home office and field staff to execute on strategic mission. The distribution team was responsible for the management of approximately 1,500 agencies countrywide.

Accountable for the profit, growth and leadership of both the Western and Central Zones which included approximately 300 employees and $800 million in Written Premium across 32 states. Worked closely with Underwriting leadership, Regional Marketing Managers, Regional Underwriting Managers, and home office product leaders to set and execute strategy. Established relationships with numerous centers of influence including wealth managers, family offices, multi family offices, business managers and accounting firms. Reported to the President of PCG.

Responsible for profit, growth and leadership for all of PCG's Western Zone practice groups including marketing, underwriting, risk management, claims and operations. The Zone included 13 states, over 100 employees and was approximately $350 million in Written Premium. Worked closely with zone leadership team to drive market strategy, execute growth and profit goals, and mentor employees.

Took over responsibility of PCG's 4th largest region with a focus on driving growth and profit across all product lines. Worked closely with zone and home office leadership to build out an underwriting operation based in San Francisco and focused on building relationships across the region. The San Francisco Region was quickly recognized as the region of the year for PCG. Established relationships with numerous centers of influence including wealth managers, family offices, multi family offices, and accounting firms. Also worked closely with my commercial colleagues to promote PCG in the region.

Joined PCG to build the Western States Region which included 10 states. As one of the first 100 employees of PCG I was responsible for working closely with zone and home office leadership to build strategy and direction. Responsible for taking region from 19 agency appointments and $3m in WP to over 100 agency relationships and $60m+ in Written Premium.
