I am a proactive and resourceful IT professional offering a perfect blend of skills and experience in providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support within a service desk environment. I have achieved a track record in support and maintenance of servers, desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment, mobile devices, blackberry phones and tablets. I have led technical support functions for systems of leading hardware vendors such as DELL, HP, Lenovo, Apple and Samsung.My professional journey includes diversified technical support roles with leading organisations such as Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd, Aimia, Linklaters, Colt Technology Services and Burberry. This has included IT system maintenance, hardware faults, software installations/upgrades, network support, server maintenance, audio/visual equipment support, Win7 laptop imaging and Active Directory management. Additionally, I played a key role in the domain migration project at Aimia into the new Global Corp domain by testing and implementing new Win7 laptop images.
