I am an enthusiastic and result-driven professional with experience in multiple sectors. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to collaborate and manage teams of different sizes and with different skill sets (2 to 55 team members). I have focused my career supporting local small and medium sized businesses, helping to drive them forward and grow. I am considered to be a strong communicator with the ability to adapt and tailor my communication style to engage and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders of different backgrounds. While I thrive working with and managing teams, at times during my career I found myself working independently and I learned to manage my time effectively in order to efficiently hit my targets.In the past 20 years of my professional life, I have thoroughly enjoyed traveling the world and gaining new knowledge and skills. I had the opportunity to work in some of the most iconic venues in Paris as a Head Chef and in a beautiful UNESCO site in Guatemala as a Front of House.
