At the heart of my professional journey lies a passion for transformative community outreach and education, which I've championed as a Program Manager at Strathmore University. We've witnessed the tangible impact of our efforts, such as providing post-COVID psychosocial support to hundreds of educators and managing substantial scholarships for scholars across Kenya. These initiatives reflect our commitment to service and sustainable development. As a Consultant with the Regional Educational Learning Initiative, my focus rests on developing assessment tools that cultivate foundational competencies among East African youth. The competencies of respect, self-awareness, collaboration, and problem-solving are woven into the fabric of the ALiVe Project, demonstrating my dedication to fostering essential life skills and enhancing educational outcomes in the region.
