Service Delivery Manager of the ConversionEdge data migration practice. This is a global offering within DXC that converts and migrates data to current administration systems within the Insurance and Annuity space in order to consolidate or retire older legacy systems. It is a proven practice that delivers high quality data migrations preserving the policy history which is sometimes lost in typical migrations. Our conversions range in size from 5,000 policies to 2+ Million policies. Managed a team of over 100 resources which are located primarily in the United States, India and South Africa. I am responsible for reviewing and estimating sales leads and presenting conversion options to prospective clients.

Project Manager – IT Data Migrations – Conversion Services - On site and remote supervision of a team of Business and Technical Analysts located in multiple US sites as well as sites in India, South Africa and the United Kingdom- Creating estimates, SLA’s, ROM’s and Statement of Work (SOW) for presentation to the client for new projects - Daily review of the project plan in Microsoft Project (MSP) and assignment of tasks - Ensure proper quality control measures are in place to ensure that time, cost and effort remain in line- Weekly and Monthly review with client management, executives and stakeholders on the status of the project- Defect and issue logging using Sharepoint, JIRA and IMF - Coordinate project logistics for onsite and offsite connectivity for the team; Implementing an eSignature and ePayment solution using an existing CSC eApplication product- Managed a New Business Insurance project and a re-rating project for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) office during the entire SDLC process- Implemented eSignature capability for online insurance applications using a 3rd party vendor- Managed a data system conversion of 360,000 annuity policies from LIDP to Wealth Management Accelerator (wmA) on site- Project Manager on system upgrade for 90,000 Universal Life policies from CSC’s CK4 admin system to CSC’s CyberLife admin system- Project Manager that lead an international team in the United Kingdom that converted 100,000 Pensions from the CUPAS and Life70 administration systems to the ALPHA administration system

Managed relationships with suppliers for electronic payment options available to customers. Negotiated contracts and service level agreements (SLA's) with suppliers. Used 6-Sigma monitoring tools and training to report the usage and performance of suppliers and payment platforms. Reviewed policies and procedures to discover ways to efficiently combine tasks and provide a cost benefit to the company. Key Accomplishments: - Served as lead analyst for Next Generation Payment Process that increased payment fee income from $4M annually to $10M annually - Launched E-Bill Online for Ford Credit (PRIMUS). The online statement and bill paying service reduced costs by $100K annually - Launched a "positive pay" check system to reduce fraud and theft of company bank accounts. The system stopped $60K in fraudulent checks in the first month of implementation
