Across over 40 years I have worked with my team to lead Hotel Agencies from a small, Melbourne laneway distributor to one of the city's most iconic and successful hospitality suppliers. Learning from the city's ever-evolving food and culture scene, my team and I hold a wealth of knowledge and experience, delivering excellent customer service and quality products. I take pride as Managing Director of Hotel Agencies, following in the footsteps of my late father and previous Managing Director Carl Bacash, and mentoring my son Carl Bacash Jnr as the next generation to step into the company.
