After serving six years as a Naval Aviator, I went to Honduras to help refugees and learned how to start and operate a primary & secondary school project. Then we went to Israel, where over the next decade I learned much about Biblical Culture and wrote a few books. Then we started Rio Coco Beans Coffee and I learned how to roast coffee. Then we opened the Rio Coco Cafes, and I have been involved in reaching out to many through hospitality ministry. It has been a God Adventure and I have only been along for the ride.

Nicaragua which has lasted 34 plus years, which led to a trip to Israel and subsequent study tours to Biblical sites in Israel, Greece, Turkey & Italy, which led to the starting of a coffee roasting company, which led to the opening of cafes in Honduras and Florida. Along the way we have written a few books, and shared hospitality to many.
