I'm a corporate attorney who advises startups, venture capital & private equity firms and investors as well as private companies in a broad variety of transactions. The main focus of my practice lies in the preparation and negotiation of venture capital and private equity financing transactions, where I advise young entrepreneurs as well as international and domestic investors on the structuring of their investments and the entire investment process. I am also available to them during the holding phase and help all participants to achieve a successful exit. Passionate about working at the intersection of business and law in Switzerland. Well rounded and responsive, with experience doing international and domestic M&A transactions, in particular trade sales (exit), securities and collective investment schemes work and drafting of transaction and commercial contracts. Experience working with and coordinating large deal teams.What I like most about my job is solving new and unexpected challenges and bringing pragmatic and efficient advice to complex processes to get the deal done!
