In fact, he was one of only two trainers who could train on the entire suite of products from implementation through to the end user. Every time I would ask if he could take on a new product or new audience for his training, he would gladly take on the challenge and then work his tail off to master it. Michael not only worked hard to master the product, he worked just as hard to master how he works with audiences of differing ranks, technical aptitudes, and cultures. Michael constantly received rave reviews whether it was training supervisors, consulting with executives, or training engineers on several continents. If I have the opportunity to work with Michael again, I am confident that I will jump at the chance."
