As a Fitness Specialist, I conduct fitness assessments, testing our members on the five components of physical fitness, demonstrate proper workout routines through their equipment orientation and provide fitness expertise to all members of the wellness center. As a Personal Trainer, I create and implement personalized fitness programs based on my clients needs and goals and motivate my clients to achieve those goals.

I substitute taught in a variety of environments for ten different school districts in the Jackson area. I work with students and staff to ensure learning for each student. I teach in many subject areas and classrooms including: K-5 classrooms, Physical Education, and Health Education.

I check in city drivers daily. I process paperwork and worked with warehouse workers to ensure shipments were going to the correct location. I also write up the road driver’s paperwork and send them out for their nightly routes.

I planned activities for and built relationships with 30-50 students ages 5-13 during this summer program. I worked with three other Play and Learn Leaders to ensure safety for each student. I worked with parents and I also handed discipline when necessary.

I co-coached the girls soccer team Kelloggsville Middle Schools. This was a first year soccer program and I coordinated practices, created game day strategies, and taught beginning soccer players the basics of soccer.

I led and supported fellow employees in shipping and receiving department and interacted daily with new customers and drivers.I sorted mail and delivered product and packages to fellow employees. I also drove back and forth between the four buildings picking up product from production and returning it to the shipping department. I continually learned new jobs to enhance my effectiveness.
