New Equipment Trainer (NET) selected as assistant team leader to establish and operate warehouse to field the Army’s requirement of 230,000 Improved Outer Tactical Vest valued at over $200 million dollars in the country of Kuwait. Mission Essential to the employment of new equipment. Assisted in the Development of Standard Operating Procedures for the establishment and function of a ten thousand square foot warehouse for new equipment. Supervised over 5 individuals on all procedures and training in the establishment of warehouse operations and safety. Trained more than 30,000 individuals on the emergencies and functionality procedures of new equipment. Tracked supplies and managed inventory to maintain over five thousand items to meet all mission requirements. Tracked time sheets, coordinated multiple outside functions for operations at three locations to accomplish company operations 7 days a week, 12 hours a day. Maintained functions within the warehouse’s shipping and receiving department. Request items from direct suppliers. Maintained and signed for property book transactions. Maintained quarterly property book accountability.
