Michael was an Investment Associate with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company (PMCC), a division of Prudential Financial. In this role, he assisted in direct loan originations and specialized product support in the Mid Atlantic and Northeastern United States. Michael specialized in Prudential’s affordable housing and multi-family loan programs at a volume of approximately $150MM per year. Prior to this role, he served as an Investment Analyst within Prudential’s CMBS underwriting group followed by serving as a Senior Investment Analyst within the National Account loan production team. Throughout Michael’s tenure with Prudential, he was responsible for assisting in the origination of a broad range of asset classes and commercial mortgage products including general account, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA. Michael has developed a national perspective and network while working in Prudential’s Chicago and Washington, DC offices.
