I started in the non-profit/corrections field in 2003 after completing my Bachelor's Degree at Carroll College. I joined Wisconsin Community as a Case Manager and have been fortunate to grow my career with the company through a series of position changes and promotions. I was promoted to Director of Operations of Electronic Monitoring in 2008. During this time, the agency and I grew our programing from a small 40 piece electronic monitoring program to a large 900 piece program. In 2018, I was asked to take on WCS Drug Testing Services with my role. This program provide thousands tests a month for multiple locations.My skills and experience that make me successful in front line management include team building, leadership, communication, problem-solving and fun! I have a genuine interest in the development and success of each person on my team, and create an environment where they can perform as their best self. I believe in honest communication and transparency among team members, and often rely on candid conversations and feedback to solve problems and improve performanceFinally, I am also a member of the Oconomowoc Rugby Football Club. Beside playing/practicing, ORFC has a mission to promote amateur rugby in the communities that we serve. In keeping with that missions, we provide rugby opportunities for adults, teens and youths. We promote the positive values associated with amateur athletics, including physical fitness and teamwork. In 2013, I was voted into the role of President of the club. With this position, I help guide the club in its day to day operations, fundraising, events from matches, social activities, annual tournament, and annual ice fishing tournament and lastly overseeing the elected board of the club. As of 2019, ORFC umbrella consisted of a Senior Men's Team, Seniors Women's Team, and 4 High School boy and girls teams.
