This knowledge allowed him to work with the lead mechanical engineer to model the heating properties of the HVAC design for this facility, in order to verify that the design met certain requirements.Data Center Master PlanEROS Center, Sioux Falls, SDCoordinated the inventory and modeling of existing conditions for the data center. Inventory information was input to software known as TileFlow, to create a model of the existing data center and highlight problem areas. With assistance from the lead Mechanical engineering, these models were improved for future planning. The project was to develop a master plan for the data center by evaluating the facility infrastructure, identify system issues and recommend solutions. Cost estimates were performed for all recommendations.Energy AuditMarch/Homestead ARB Energy Audits, AFCESA, Riverside, CA/Homestead, FLActed as the Electrical lead for the energy audit of both March and Homestead ARB's. The audit of these two bases consisted of 114 buildings for a combined square footage just over 2 million square feet.

Also input all the information gathered on site for the San Juan County database in Microsoft Access.FE Warren AFB Energy Audit, AFCESA, Cheyenne, WyomingConducted the energy audit at FE Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, Wyoming, along with 14 team members. Overall project included 58 buildings and 1.3 million square feet. Evaluated energy conservation measures, made recommendations for energy intensity reductions and developed streamlined process to input data. Assisted in the production of the report, designated energy conservation opportunities (ECOs), and performed energy savings calculations. Marketing and Business Development/AMECAssisted the Energy Program Manager in developing new commercial business opportunities. This included reading/summarizing requests for proposals (RFP’s), holding telephone interviews, searching out and contacting potential clients, and assisting in proposal writing. This effort ended up leading to the PBEEEP Screening of Southwest Minnesota State University, and other PBEEEP project opportunities.
