I am working on the Telstra GUCaaS project (Global Unified Communications as a Service). The project is based on Cisco’s HCS (Hosted Collaboration Solution) platform. A Cloud based UC solution which includes IP Telephony, Supplementary Voice Services, Unified Messaging, Mobility Services, Telepresence and Soft Clients like Cisco Jabber or Communicator. Beside this Cloud project, I lead the ITC part of a Telstra Office relocation in Bangalore, India. The relocation includes a new Cisco ICT solution incl. Telepresence, which I manage E2E from ordering to installation, training and handover.Key contributions: - Manage and tracks global OEM equipment orders and delivery to global sites.- Manage and tracks the delivery schedule of 3 global data centres and 2 global test labs- Onsite troubleshooting together with internal team as well as with suppliers- Financial control and responsibility over the assigned project budget (USD10M)- Manage the payments between suppliers and own finance- Apply recognised methods and processes e.g. PRINCE2®

The customer is a global brokerage and investment group with offices in all major cities in Asia as well as in London and New York.
