I am a chartered construction professional with 25 years experience across the construction, development and transportation industries. I have undertaken lead roles as a project manager, cost consultant and procurement adviser on projects within the rail, aviation and highways sectors. My experience encompasses roles for clients, consultants and contractors. I have built and led successful teams often on large and complex projects, delivering transformative benefits to clients and wider stakeholders. My varied background across projects for key clients provides me with the detailed insight and understanding of factors that inhibit and enable successful project delivery. More recently I have been instrumental in leading bids for and winning new commissions. I am an NEC 3 & 4 accredited project manager. I am a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner.
