Working as a professional function entertainer and Master of Ceremonies. Known as ‘Mimo’ I am an accredited founding member of the DJAA (DJ Alliance Australia) one of only 24 in Australia. Providing quality entertainment, music and public speaking skills at countless weddings, corporates and private events spanning between Melbourne and Sydney and surrounding regional areas.Helping bridal couples plan their events from the perspective of timing and coordination and conducting numerous organisational meetings with several clients simultaneously following up with their requests on an individual basis.As photography is a passion of mine I also take photos at wedding receptions, usually after the official photographer has left. I upload these images to show on large screens during the evening. Primary responsibility is selling items and supporting customers with their needs. My keen understanding of electronic technology had me starting in Home Entertainment and allowed me to utilise my history of PC construction and networking to easily adapt into the Information Technology department. My role as "The Floater" had me selling effectively in every department.The ability to move from one department to another gave me great sales potential which allowed me to reach my targets quickly and accurately. Developing knowledge of a vast range of items gave me confidence to sell anything in the store and my communications skill-set helped me provide exemplary customer service and support.My roles and responsibilities are also to continually maintain several departments stock and merchandising materials and regularly attended brand information sessions to further my item knowledge.

Utilising state of the art (at the time) non-linear editing facilities and broadcast camera technology.Also maintained a backlog of stock TAFE footage and cataloging systems and provided audio/visual technical support for training delivery and presentations.Utilised various editing software from AVID XpressNT, Adobe Photoshop, Audition and Microsoft Office applications.Providing training and education for students in the Cert IV Broadcast Journalism course. My primary teaching role was of broadcast camera, lighting, sound and editing modules. Which also covered crew coordination, time management, script, storyboarding and OH&S.
