GE/Alstom who is the technical leader and main equipment supplier won nearly 3 billions RMB contract for CI scope. I'm the site quality representative on behalf of GE/Alstom, in charge of below scope:1. As an quality interface with client and own supplier, monitoring site NCR, Non-conformity findings, coordinate and figture out site solution with engineering dept. Orginaze site repair work with supplier to achieve client requirement.2. Reporting and analysising site NCR and non-conformity findings weekly and quarterly to project director.3. Ensure supplier inquiries like NCR, TCR,CR have been treated in time and properly.

1. Arrange SQC team members work in advance according to each supplier site situation and project needs.2. Support and guidance SQC on important quality inspection process.3. Reporting OB and NCR status regularly and expedite the abnormal situation process among PM, PEM and PPE.4. Set up general check list system for heart exchanger product line key manufacturing process to accelerate quality steady.5. Monitor and guide each site SQC daily work.6. Participate heat changer product line key project and key equipment quality surveillance as an SQC.7. Analysis all supplier QCP implementation status and quality issue, use PDCA,8D,FMEA quality tools to analysis and mentoring supplier for improvement. 8. Participate supplier regularly audit and new supplier qualification. Specify detail audit requirement based on design and function requirement.

1. Responsible for assessing, developing and monitoring supplier quality.2. Arrange kick-off meeting ,demonstrate quality requirements before fabrication start;3. Review project quality plan, inspection and test plan, welder qualification certificate, NDT personnel qualification, PQR&WPS, Heat treatment procedure, and tools calibration record and other procedures before manufacturing,4. Site quality control,5. OB and Non conformity report (NCR) check and closing. Root cause analysis;6. End of manufacturing report review.

1. Responsible for welding, painting daily inspection in workshop.2. Prepare the inspection report and EOMR gradually.3. Lead customer and third party inspection.4. Report and handling NCR. Participate of NCR root cause analysis.
