Simulator technician and customer care.

Working on the following helicopter Full Flight Simulator Level D:AW139 – AW189 – AW169 – NH90 T1/N2 – A109 configuration POWER, LUH, NEXUS.My main tasks are the following:- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the simulator- Support the pilots training.- Repairing, adjusting and testing broken parts.- Be able to apply skills to troubleshoot, repair, configure, and maintain complex computer and network systems; interpret mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic schematics and drawings.- Tuning and maintenance of projection systems, with some visual calibration, alignment and hardware changing.- Run QTG’s (Qualification Tests Guide), and evaluated results.- Supported the pilot in the STG’s (Subjective Tests Guide).- Provide technical advice to customers.- Recommend and develop new procedures for testing, maintenance, repair, drawing and/or installation activities.- Train technicians in basic skills.- Perform some logistic duties.- Good command of English.

My main tasks were the following:- Install a complete access control system and configure it.- Offer hardware and software assistance.- Perform some logistic duties.- Support the design of some electric boards, and interact with electronic boards supplies.- Manage and repair turnstile at the San Siro stadium during events and during the weekly maintainance.
