Work with production to perform daily activities while staying GMP, and FDA compliant. Develop, write and implement SOP's for LOTO, PM's, and On the job training for new employees. Also Plan, and Schedule projects in to schedules so there is no downtime during production. Along with making sure my team is up to date TRAINING wise to meet FDA and the company's policy's and meet GMP requirements. New achievements are Optel vision for serialization track and trace for pharma. Safety practices wrote and performed- LOTO, Confined Space, PPE, PIT, Fall Protection, Hoisting & Rigging, and Hot Work.Identification and proper use of tools focused on a selection of the right tool for work assignment application.Proper storage and handling techniques for lubricants.Basic troubleshooting of mechanical systems.Common cause failure modes and correction of mechanical systems.
