Involved with day-to-day facilities Operations for our eight (8) campus locations. Duties include providing Project Management for internal and Capital Project construction. Management of various internal Campus Renovations include yearly Capital Plan project identification, Budgeting, Scheduling, Bidding, Accessibility compliance, Interior Upfits, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical Infrastructure upgrades, and Security Camera installations. Coordinate with the various internal departments including the Maintenance Department for all campus improvements.Involved in both new construction and renovation projects that help meet the needs of the college's current and future needs. Assist in over seeing the designs of contracted Design and Engineering firms for services of informal projects that are less than $500,000 as well as formal Capital and Bond related projects to comply with NC State Construction guidelines and procedures that exceed $500,000. Oversee all for compliance to both time and budgetary requirements. Oversee projects with contracted and internal construction to provide quality and cost effective projects.

Successfully coordinate and expedite the Building Code process for review and approvals provided by the local authorities having jurisdiction, NC State Construction Office, NC Department of Insurance as well as Clients' in-house reviews.Notable Project's include the Historic Renovations to Winston-Salem City Hall ($8,000,000), Historic Renovations to the Board of Alderman's Chambers at W-S City Hall (300,000) and renovation to the current Robert L. Strickland Center at Forsyth Technical Community College - the former W-S/Forsyth County School Administration/Career Center (23,500,000 - Phases 1, 2 and 2A).
