OVERVIEW: To provide coaching and training to assigned groups of clients using the CrossFit methodologies and to ensure safety and facilitate performance towards planned goals.SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:Greet clients upon arrivalReview client previous workoutsDiscuss activities since last workoutReview upcoming workoutCoach clients through workout -Ability to demonstrate key points of performance in the 9 essential movements.Remind client of next workout,scheduling, announcements, and events. Review workouts with supervisorMake sure there are no surprisesAttend all meetings when requested

▪ Provided with in house and onsite training of new programs and new tool procedures as needed▪ Provides downhole directional surveys to company personnel on rig locations▪ Able to efficiently run Gyroscopic multi-shot / single-shot, Magnetic multi-shot and Surface Readout Gyroscopic multi-shot / single-shot / whipstock orientation / mudmotor orientation surveying equipment▪ Maintain tools and equipment with help and support of Instrument Technician▪ Constantly training for updated safety policies and procedures required by RCS to provide all customers with safe work practices (ex. Safeland/Safegulf, Basic Plus, CPR/First Aid AED, Water Survival Training, Safe Driving, etc.)▪ Work on 24/7 call basis
