Architect and Project Manager for Commercial Real Estate and Retail clients, providing professional services for all phases of building projects. Worked closely with organizations large and small providing: site planning, land-use submission, integrated team facilitation, architectural design and development, and construction administration.• Project Manager and Lead Architect for a $26 million, two-story Safeway Store located in Poulsbo, Washington. Spearheaded a large, dynamic and multi-discipline team, coordinating development from project beginnings through construction documentation. (Construction begins January 2013)• Designer and site planner for new 189,000 sf retail development on 19.7 acres in Sherwood, Oregon. Worked within a developer led team to create efficient and inspiring designs, while respecting (and overcoming) budget and planning obstacles. • Autonomously developed and oversaw construction for a new 5,000 sf retail building within an existing development.
