Senior executive at an 8,000 unit, $300M/yr. revenue, 350 employee rental housing project. Project is a joint venture between the U.S. Army and Lend Lease via a 50-year ground lease with the Army for 1,800 acres across seven military installations on Oahu. Led the final four years of the 12-year construction project and produced the capital plan to maintain high occupancy for active property management for the duration of the ground lease.
