Stay at home dad for my growing family that went from one child to three in a matter of just over a year. In the 2008 downturn, my family had relocated from Bend, Oregon to Vancouver, WA while adding members to the family and made a decision to focus on my family. I managed project designs for commercial and residential developments. Created geometric layouts for roadways including a roundabout using Civil3D software. As design engineer I managed the County Local Improvement District (LID) process. I developed the engineer’s report and cost estimate for the County Commissioners and conducted the neighborhood meetings for each LID project. Meeting presentations described the project design, County standards, the impact to neighborhood, and the overall budget to complete.
