This is a popular family restaurant/steakhouse which we ran with great success over the years. We won numerous local awards including runner-up Steakhouse of the year in 2001 and winner in 2002. The restaurant was sold in 2002 and is still in operation today.

I was involved in the planning and execution of the change from full service Holiday Inn to the Holiday Inn Garden Court concept at this hotel. Thus required a renovation of the public areas, reduction in services, change in staff complement, retraining of staff complement, marketing of the new product and various other processes. The hotel was sold in.
