As an IT Systems Analyst I had responsibility to assist with 4 large IT databases that record business and economic data relating to foreign direct investment into the UK, predominantly using Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint.Key areas of responsibility;- Management and operation of 4 large IT systems.- Control access to the IT systems.- Provide 1st Line user support and meet regularly with 2nd and 3rd line support teams to identify and provide guidance on any fixes that are required.- Use an analytical approach to identify risks, opportunities or trends for Foreign Direct Investment to the UK based on data held within the IT systems.- Develop reporting mechanisms within the IT systems capable of delivering regular, accurate updates on all FDI projects captured within the databases.- Implement changes to process within the IT systems and roll out through the business in a clear and concise manner.
