Oversee the rollout of the student handbook, ensuring clear communication to students, parents, and faculty and conducting grade level expectations meetings at the beginning of the school year. Handle investigations related to bullying and harassment, and serve as the Title IX case manager. Analyze behavior data and maintain adherence to the discipline matrix.Conduct restorative circles between students and faculty, creating reflection materials for in-school suspension.
