This has included developing the methodology for a number of key elements in the capital model itself as well as the model’s change control/governance framework and parameterisation approach &related tools;o Leading the approval of Chubb’s Syndicate 1882 model with Lloyds of London;o Leading the annual Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) process for Chubb’s Syndicate 1882 including communication of the results to the board and other key stakeholders;o Been a key member of the team that worked on the development of the validation framework and process for Syndicate’s 1882 capital model. This included development of an online tool for recording validation results and action tracking.
