Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Process and manage applications for personal loans and credit cards and supervise all applications from their loading stage to submission whilst liaising with both applicants and internal stakeholders• Perform credit history analysis on all credit solicitations and conduct thorough verification and validation of all applications• Execute detailed analysis of customers financial information, including tax returns and financial statements to proactively manage risk and assess serviceability on credit submissions• Proactive manage risk to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet all policy and compliance requirements• Knowledge of responsible lending and compliance practices• Proficient with SAS, Interflow loan systems and MS Office• Build genuine rapport with clients by providing high level of customer service to meet their banking and insurance needs, while seeking opportunities to cross sell financial services products• Understand the health insurance system and engage directly with clients to discover, compare, and recommend personalised health insurance products• Conduct outbound calls to new and existing clients to help with general and specific enquiries, manage client retention, handle complaints, and assist with any banking and insurance requirements• Expert in general insurance products, including motor vehicle, home and contents and travel insurance• Monitor and analyse transactions to identify fraudulent activity and potential breaches of the AML/CFT Act and report suspicious activity to the responsible regulatory bodies• Train and supervise new staff on all company processes and procedures
