• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Process and manage applications for personal loans and credit cards and supervise all applications from their loading stage to submission whilst liaising with both applicants and internal stakeholders
• Perform credit history analysis on all credit solicitations and conduct thorough verification and validation of all applications
• Execute detailed analysis of customers financial information, including tax returns and financial statements to proactively manage risk and assess serviceability on credit submissions
• Proactive manage risk to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet all policy and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of responsible lending and compliance practices
