After volunteering his time at a traditional kids camp, he realized there was a greater need to help adults identify their true purpose by intentionally pursuing significance at home and in the workplace. Pivoting his focus from children to helping adults become bold spiritual leaders with a biblical worldview. Part of Michael's own transformation lead him to leverage God's creation as the most inspirational and unexpected teaching platform. This is when Back2Basics was born using the gifts of nature to encourage transformation towards servant leadership. Back2Basics has hosted thousands of guests on life changing adventures, while encouraging groups of 6-12 people to promote intimacy and transparency
